Students in grades 6-9 who live in the Cleveland Heights-University Heights neighborhood are encouraged to apply for Heights Middle School Shorts (HMSS® I). Students currently in 8-12 grade, including members of the Career Technical Education Programs within the Heights Consortium (Maple Heights, Shaker Heights and Warrensville Heights) are encourage to apply for HMSS® II.

HMSS® I: 3-week mixed-media film arts camp program that runs from April 11 – June 14, 2026. HMSS® I is limited to 30 campers.

HMSS® II: A One week film program highlighting a subject and documenting the students’ experience on location from June 22-28, 2026. HMSS® II is limited to 6 student campers.
